Monte Athos is a mixed-use building, which has an intervention on the ground floor, in order to create suitable spaces for users; Modules of the commercial premises were proposed based on the layout of the original columns, each of the spaces are framed to define and delimit the activities that are carried out, they are in the limit of the places in panels and floors, And in this way a space was obtained in which each one of its elements was identifiable and in which the relation between the materials that constitute the space create a feeling of balance and tranquility.

It seeks to integrate the interior and exterior, between the public and private, by means of the adaptation of patios and terraces, providing light and natural ventilation to the interior of the space, helping and strengthening the realization of activities within the space. In this way, it is about promoting the sense of belonging and ownership between the user and the architecture.

Given the mobility and flexibility of the activities of this space, it is posed on which the screens or sliding doors can be removed or put, allowing the creation of dynamic spaces, which can be opened or closed according to current needs.
